* Maintenance and Protection plans must be paid in advance. Rates assume customer has a High Speed connection to the Internet and assume a 1-hr service call per visit. Dial-up connections may require additional time charge. Package pricing not valid with any other offer. Any extra needed or requested services will be performed at additional charge. Plans subject to change at any time without notice. No refunds for cancellations, session will be rescheduled at mutually agreed upon date and time. Payment is required, in full, upon completion of the work unless other prior arrangement is agreed upon. Payment may be made by either cash or personal check. There will be a $25 fee assessed on all returned checks. Clients in default will be liable for all collection fees allowed to the fullest extent of the law.

^***Due to the rising costs of fuel and travel related expenses, Total PC Support has instigated a small fuel surcharge of $2.50 per visit effective 4/21/09. While we don't particularly enjoy raising our rates, we feel that they remain competitive and an excellent value for the level of service provided. We appreciate your continued patronage. We reserve the right to reevaluate our rates due to fluctuations in the fuel market.
